Business succession in South Tyrol – legal and tax aspects
For family businesses, craft enterprises, agricultural businesses and service companies, succession is more than a legal process. Continuity, the transfer of responsibility and stability under company law must be planned with foresight. Those who begin too late lose valuable room for manoeuvre.
Company law, contract law, family law – everything is interlinked
As an interdisciplinary firm, we guide succession processes at the intersection of these areas of law. Articles of association, by-laws, shareholders' agreements, and purchase and transfer agreements are structured to preserve shareholding arrangements, management responsibilities and decision-making structures over the long term.
