Family law, separation and divorce in Bolzano and South Tyrol
Families change. Partnerships are formed, children are born, wealth is built, businesses are passed down from one generation to the next, or people go their separate ways. In all these situations, we support our clients with legal, tax and, where necessary, representation in court.
Planning ahead and support in times of crisis
Many disputes can be avoided through forward-looking planning. We advise on matrimonial property regimes, wealth and business succession, and family-law agreements, developing solutions that balance the interests of all parties involved. Where separation or divorce cannot be avoided, we support our clients both out of court and in court. Our aim is to find workable and fair solutions, particularly in relation to maintenance, the division of assets, parental responsibility, and the custody of and contact with the couple's children.
