VAT Compliance and Transaction
Advisory Italian VAT requirements often present significant challenges for companies and corporate groups. Our services encompass both the ongoing management of VAT compliance obligations and the tax assessment of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, delivered through a rigorous, coordinated approach focused on regulatory compliance.
Business disposals, share transfers, and corporate or asset reorganizations often involve complex tax implications. A timely tax assessment provides transparency, mitigates risks, and establishes a solid foundation for informed strategic decisions. We advise clients throughout every stage of acquisitions and disposals, from the initial tax structuring and assessment through to implementation. Our services include evaluating the tax consequences of the transaction, determining applicable real estate transfer taxes and other transfer taxes, and identifying potential tax risks, ensuring that each transaction is structured to be commercially efficient, tax-effective, and fully compliant with the applicable legal framework.
