Statutory audits for companies and groups – trust through independent auditing

A diligent audit creates trust among shareholders, investors, banks and parent companies. We perform statutory and voluntary audits of Italian annual and consolidated financial statements prepared under OIC standards as well as IAS/IFRS. In addition, we support companies, branches and permanent establishments of foreign enterprises with their audit requirements.

When auditing Italian subsidiaries and branch structures, international groups often face the challenge of reconciling local requirements with the expectations of foreign group auditors. We provide support with the audit on site and coordinate closely with the respective reporting and audit requirements. The related documentation is prepared by our advisors in German, Italian and English.

Audit focus areas with an international dimension

Key audit topics include revenue recognition, the valuation of assets and provisions, deferred taxes, intra-group transactions, going concern assessments and consolidation processes. Tax-related or cross-border issues, such as permanent establishments or transfer pricing, are addressed together with the specialised departments where required.
