Annual and consolidated financial statements – from the local accounts to international consolidation
Italian subsidiaries, branches and permanent establishments of foreign companies frequently face the challenge of reconciling local financial reporting obligations with the reporting requirements of international groups. A structured and consistent setup of the related business units creates the basis for transparency and reliable financial information.
Financial statements in a local and international context
Our auditors prepare annual financial statements in accordance with the Italian OIC accounting standards (ITA – GAAP) as well as consolidated financial statements under IAS/IFRS. The services include the balance sheet, income statement, notes, cash flow statement and management report, as well as group consolidations including intercompany reconciliation and currency translation. Digital closing processes and robust documentation ensure efficient and legally compliant procedures.
Our core areas of expertise include IFRS conversions, first-time consolidations, the preparation of financial statements in the context of corporate restructurings and international expansions, as well as the preparation of financial statements for consortia, consortium companies, and cooperatives in accordance with the applicable Italian commercial and accounting regulations. We address accounting issues with an international dimension in close collaboration with our tax and transfer pricing specialists.
