Family Office – keeping complex assets manageable
Complex family wealth requires an integrated and coordinated advisory approach. For business-owning families, private individuals and asset-holding structures, we combine legal, tax and organisational advice into a clear overall framework.
Structure, transparency, control
We support the coordination of reporting, control and decision-making processes, as well as cooperation between the family, management and external advisers. Clearly defined responsibilities create transparency and help identify and prevent conflicts of interest at an early stage.
Coordination rather than isolated solutions
The added value of our work lies in coordinated legal and tax advice. We take a holistic view of tax law, inheritance and family law, company law, succession planning, and real-estate and asset structures, developing solutions that remain robust over the long term.
